As a store employee tried to stop him, James Noonan knocked over glass bottles, breaking one on his way out.

He then proceeded to 822 Broadway where he shoplifted a second time, removing $2.39 worth of items.

Noonan left that store, urinated in public on a fence — then turned toward the store clerk who had followed him outside and shook his exposed penis in her view.

He is charged with two counts of shoplifting, criminal mischief and lewdness.

Bail is set at $15,000 with a 10-percent option. He is being held at the Hudson County Jail.
