Bayonne will be holding National Night Out on Broadway on August 1

National Night Out is rapidly approaching. This year’s celebration is scheduled for August 1st, 2017.

The Bayonne Police Department would like to continue to bring communities together and raise awareness on crime prevention. To help raise awareness on crime prevention, National Night Out has been designed to increase awareness about police programs in the community, strengthen police-community partnerships, and make our neighborhoods safer and better places to live.

“National Night Out provides the Police Department the opportunity to build friendships with people from all parts of the Bayonne community.  We look forward to welcoming the public to an enjoyable evening on Broadway, on Tuesday, August 1.”  Police Chief Drew Sisk said.

There will be free rides, food and soft drinks and the event will take place from 7pm to 9pm.
