Details Emerging: Body found in North Bergen Braddock Park

Yesterday morning a report was heard on news chatters that a body was found hanging on Adams Street in Hoboken, but hours later, as details emerged, EMS and Hudson County Sheriff sources said that the body was actually found at Braddock Park in North Bergen near the pond.

When Hudson TV emailed the prosecutor early yesterday, a spokesperson said that an “incident” was under investigation and it was not considered suspicious. Hudson County Sheriff Spokesperson Phil Swibinski also sent us the following statement: “The Hudson County Sheriff’s Office is currently conducting an investigation into the situation in conjunction with the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office and we have no other comment at this time.”

Some sources close to the investigation have said that the body found is from an Asian male from New York but we have not able to confirm the identity of the person from official authorities.

No further information is available at this time.
