Hoboken Police Arrest Wanted Man on Multiple Drug Charges

29-year-old Michael Hosein has been arrested on charges of Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, Hindering, Possession of CDS Heroin with intent to distribute, Possession with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of school, Possession with intent to distribute within 500 feet public housing, Criminal Trespass.

Detective John Quinones, Detective Marc Marsi, Detective Anthony Olivera and Detective Robert Roman observed the defendant in the area of 311 Harrison Street. It was known that the defendant had (2) open warrants from our jurisdiction for the above charges stemming from June 2016 incident where the defendant had an outstanding warrant and as the officers attempted to place him under arrest but the defendant picked up a garbage can and threw at one of the detectives as he ran and fled scene while discarding the CDS Heroin he had on his possession.

Bail: He was remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility on $30,250 bail with 10% option.
