Housing Authority resident found with 188 folds of heroin, marijuana and pills after Hoboken PD executes search warrant


Larry Williams (62-year-old) man from Hoboken, has been arrested with multiple narcotic charges after Hoboken PD Investigative Bureau found that he was selling drugs from a Hoboken Housing Authority Apartment.

Around 10.56am on October 24th,. Detectives located the suspect in the Housing area and immediately placed him under arrest. Minutes later they executed a search warrant at his residence and they were able to seize 188 folds of CDS heroin, 126 grams of Marijuana, multiple Xanax pills and Naproxen Pills.

Mr. Williams was charged with the following:

1.Possession of CDS Heroin with Intent to Distribute

2. Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute within 1000 feet of School

3. Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute within 500 feet of Public Housing

4.Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana

5. Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute within 1000 feet of School

6. Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute within 500 feet of Public Housing

7.Possession with Intent to Distribute Xanax

8. Possession of Xanax with Intent to Distribute within 1000 feet of School

9. Possession of Xanax with Intent to Distribute within 500 feet of Public Housing

10. Possession of Naproxen with Intent to Distribute

11. Possession of CDS Paraphernalia

12. Failure to Appear

Mr. Williams was transported to Headquarters for processing and no bail has been given as of now.

    Some people just arent happy..he is already given discount rent, but he needs to sell heroin, weed and pills…he isn’t low income and probably doesn’t qualify for that apartment. ..
