Man arrested at Newark Airport after cops discovered 35 bags of Cocaine in his Luggage

Port Authority Police arrested Joel Goldstein (55) of Livingston after Police found multiple bags of cocaine in his luggage.

At about 3:30 on May 9th, inside terminal C at Newark airport Port Authority Police arrested the suspect after his bag was being checked at the checkpoint .

Multiple plastic bags containing a white powdery substance alleged to be cocaine were found in the bag. Several plastic bags of alleged cocaine were found in the suspects hand. 35 bags of alleged cocaine were recovered. There was no disruption to travel.

Mr. Goldstein was charged with Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance With Intent to Distribute.
