  1. On November 5th at 01:14pm, Police arrested 26yo female from East Rutherford NJ, Natalie V. Mina after receiving a report of a female passed out in the grassy area near the Extended Stay Hotel. Mina was said to be in possession of (2) glass cylinder pipes with burnt residue, alongside the pipes was a wax paper fold containing suspected Heroin. Also inside this wallet was (12) empty wax folds, (1) additional wax folds, (4) wax folds , (5) wax folds, (2) cut plastic straws, (1) broken piece of glass mirror, (2) razor Blades, (1) plastic sleeve containing Suboxone, small glass vial containing a white powdery substance. Mina was charged with 2 counts of Controlled Dangerous Substance/CDS Analog, Possessing a prescription drug without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mina was processed and released with a summons returnable to CJP.
  2. On November 7th at 08:02am, during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1055 Paterson Plank Road for maintenance of lamps, 56yo male from Jersey City NJ, Gregory Robinson was arrested. Robinson was said to have numerous active warrants out of Jersey City totaling $536.00, Robinson posted his bail and was released with a motor vehicle summons for maintenance of lamps.
  3. On November 7th at 04:30pm, during a report of a dispute, 46yo male from Secaucus NJ, Richard M. Johnson was arrested for DWI. Johnson was charged with DWI and reckless driving.
  4. On November 8th at 12:37am, NJSP had in their custody, 25yo male from Cedar Knolls NJ, Gerard K. Schenck. Schenck had an active warrant out of Secaucus in the amount of $200.00. Schenck’s bail was later posted and he was released.
  5. On November 9th at 09:13am, during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 348 County Road for careless driving, 35yo male from Lyndhurst NJ, Richard E. Petty was arrested. Petty was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon after allegedly Petty was said to be in possession of a hunting knife in his glove compartment. Petty was also issued motor vehicle summonses for Careless driving and a seatbelt violation. Petty’s bail was set at $2,500.00 with a 10% option.
  6. On November 9th at 03:14pm, Officers responded to the T-Mobile store located at 85 Plaza Center on a report of a customer dispute inside the store. 44yo male from Wood Ridge NJ, Alan C. Moncayo was arrested. Moncayo was said to have three active warrants; Aberdeen TWP warrant in the amount of $500.00, Newark warrant in the amount of $200.00, and Lyndhurst warrant in the amount of $165.00. Moncayo’s bail was posted and he was later released.
  7. On November 9th at 07:43pm, Officers arrested 37yo male from Secaucus NJ, Cody E. Mullins. Mullins was said to be known to have an active warrant out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department for Shoplifting. Mullins was later remanded to the Hudson County Jail.
  8. On November 10th at 04:05pm, Essex County Jail had in their custody 27yo female from Newark NJ, Jaleesa Torres. Torres was said to have an active warrant out of Secaucus in the amount of $2000.00 as well as an Elizabeth warrant in the amount of $500.00 and an Edison warrant in the amount of $408.00. Torres was subsequently remanded to the Hudson County Jail.
  9. On November 10th at 09:07am, 52yo male from North Bergen NJ, Edgar A. Maury-Desales was arrested in the area of 100 Seaview Drive. Maury-Desales allegedly inappropriately touched a female victim while exposing himself. Maury-Desales was charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct and Lewdness. Maury-Desaless bail was set at $2,500.00 with a 10% option. Maury-Desales’ bail was later posted and he was released.
  10. On November 11th at 05:46pm, at the Kohl’s department store, 24yo female from Union City NJ, Massiel Martinez and 23yo female from Ridgefield Park NJ, Lenicha C Fernandez were arrested. Both allegedly attempted to shop lift $666.69 worth of clothing. Both were placed on summonses and released pending their court appearance at CJP in Jersey City NJ.
  11. On November 11th at 05:32pm, 26yo male from Lakewood NJ, Anthony M. Joyce and 24yo male from Lakewood NJ, Dillon C. Joyce were arrested at Police headquarters. Anthony turned himself in for an outstanding warrant. Other warrants were discovered, specifically a Howell warrant with a no bail option, and two warrants out of Howell totaling $2,250.00. Dillon was said to have a no bail warrant out of Ocean County Sheriff’s Department as well as a Lakewood warrant with a no bail option. Two additional warrants were located from Howell in the amount of $2,000.00 and Neptune Township in the amount of $289.00.
  12. On November 11th at 03:50pm, during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Paterson Plank Road/Harmon Meadow Blvd for tinted windows, 47yo female from Casselberry FL, Linda K. Erwin was arrested. Erwin was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon after Officers discovered she was in possession of a 15” machete. Erwin was also charged with Possession of CDS (2 Counts), specifically by possession a baggy containing suspected marijuana and pills believed to be CDS. Erwin’s bail was set at $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Erwin’s bail was posted, she was also issued a motor summons for tinted windows, and released pending a court appearance at CJP in Jersey City NJ.
  13. On November 11th at 10:38pm, Union PD had in their custody 46yo male from Newark NJ, Keith M. Thomas. Thomas was said to have an active warrant out of Secaucus in the amount of $410.00. Thomas was arrested and remanded to the Hudson County Jail.
