As a close personal character witness of the second man in question, I would like to sound the small but truthful alarm of BS. Gary is an upstanding citizen and never displayed any inclinations towards such perversion. The answer here lies in the quote from law enforcement which states: “Bringing a timely resolution to these investigations”. The law doesn’t like it when they cannot close an investigation and in their lust for credibility, will choose amyone as their victim. They want to close cases, and that’s that. Gary Capone did no such things as alleged. And alleged is the key word here because it’s all the evidence they have. His “description” is that of half of Hoboken and this corner of New Jersey: white, clean shaven, italian looking. Give me a break law enforcement, or tell the public and our family exactly why you’ve pinned the blame on this man. As for suspect #1, I don’t know or vouch for that man. Here’s to hoping the true pervert is found and Gary’s life is not ruined over this sensationalism.
