It was ten years ago today, January 15, 2009, when US Airways Flight 1549 made an emergency landing in the the Hudson River.  This afternoon Hudson TV reporter Jeff Henig attended a photo op behind the Hackensack Meridian Health Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, as Miracle on Hudson passenger Dave Sanderson returned to thank the EMTs, doctors and nurses who cared for him that day.  It was the first time he had seen many of  the first responders who treated him.  Tonight, at the Waterside Restaurant, Sanderson will be the featured speaker during the Rotary Foundation’s dinner, which will raise funds for the PolioPlus Campaign and the Foundation.
