700 West New York senior citizens were treated to a Christmas Party at The Graycliff in Moonachie on Friday afternoon, courtesy of Mayor Albio Sires and the Board of Commissioners.
The party is an annual tradition, first started by Mayor Sires during his first go round as Mayor. Among the officials attending the party, aside from West New York’s Commissioners, were Congressman Rob Menendez, Hudson County Commissioner Caridad Rodriguex and Assemblyman Gabriel Rodriguez.

100-year old, West New York resident Noemi Bravo, received a bouquet of flowers and a certificate of recognition. A raffle for two rocking chairs was also held, courtesy of a local furniture store.
Everyone had a wonderful time while enjoying great food, music and the company of friends and neighbors. It was certainly an afternoon to remember for everyone who attended.
