Congratulations go out to newly promoted North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue Captains Nicola Mitarotonda and Jose Izquierdo, who were recognized on Friday during a promotion ceremony.
The ceremony was attended by fellow firefighters, along with the new Captains’ families.
