She was born and raised in North Bergen and graduated from North Bergen High School. This afternoon in the Town Hall Commission Chambers, Ondrea Borrell-Lugo took the oath of office, becoming the North Bergen Police Department’s 19th female officer.
Borrell-Lugo will now attend six months of training at the Passaic County Police Academy.
