On Tuesday, January 31, at 6 p.m. the City of Hoboken will host a virtual community meeting to discuss the redevelopment project proposed at 1404 Willow Avenue. (Block 123, Lot 16.01.)
The project architect and members of the development team will present the proposed redevelopment project, which includes a residential mixed-use building with ground floor retail and 52 units, and the City will present potential amendments to the North End Redevelopment Plan.
