Families in need of additional groceries will be able to receive them at no cost on Tuesday, April 22nd. Mayor James Fife, the Municipal Council and County Executive Craig Guy have announced the distribution will take place from 1 pm until 4 pm, while supplies last, at the Harrison Elks Lodge, located at 406 Harrison Avenue.
The event is being held in partnership with the Hudson County Office of Social Services and Holy Cross Church.
Harrison residents should bring proof of residency, identification and bags or a shopping cart.
