Bayonne man arrested and charged after shots fired investigation


The Bayonne Police Department reports the arrest of 31 year old Victor Molina of Avenue C, Bayonne, NJ. After a lengthy and detailed investigation by the Bayonne Police Detective Bureau, Molina was identified as the individual responsible for a shots fired incident that occurred on 12/28/2018. On 12/28/2018 at 0354 hours, officers responded to the area of West 30th Street on a report of shots fired where officers were unable to locate any potential actors or evidence of shots fired. The next day, Bayonne Police Detectives responded back to the area and were able to locate a house displaying fresh bullet holes. Detectives continued their investigation and were able to link the incident to Victor Molina.

Victor Molina was taken into custody on 02/15/2019 at 1015 hours from the area of Catherine Court, Jersey City, NJ. The firearm was not recovered and Molina was charged with the following offenses:

Criminal Mischief
