Bayonne Man Arrested and Charged in Several Incidents of Theft and Burglary

Frank Cintron of Bayonne, was taken into custody at 1445 hours from the area of West 24th Street after investigations into the below listed numerous incidents of burglary and theft identified him as the actor. In addition to these incidents, Cintron was also arrested on 2 outstanding HC Sheriff’s Department warrants.

Incident #1:

On 04/16/2019 at 1550 hours, a 48 year old female victim reported that Cintron, whom she is familiar with, unlawfully entered her Newman Avenue residence at 1300 hours and removed various electronic devices totaling $2800.00. Detectives were able to recover a majority of the items and return them to the victim. Cintron was charged with burglary and theft for this incident.

Incident #2:

On 09/16/2019 at 1029 hours, a 56 year old male victim of East 21st Street reported that at 0500 hours, he discovered Cintron, whom he is familiar with, unlawfully in the apartment and asleep on a bed in the living room without consent. He was finally able to wake Cintron who vacated the apartment at 0945 hours. After Cintron left, the victim realized that $30.00 cash was missing. Cintron was charged with burglary and theft for this incident.

Incident #3:

On 09/23/2019 at 2145 hours, a 56 year old male victim of East 21st Street reported that at 2145 hours, he heard a noise coming from the kitchen. As he investigated, he discovered Cintron, whom he is familiar with, unlawfully in the apartment and rummaging through the drawers in the kitchen. Once he confronted Cintron, Cintron fled the apartment. It was determined by the victim that Cintron had taken two credit cards, a piece of jewelry, and a spare key to the apartment from the residence. Cintron was charged with burglary and theft for this incident.

Incident #4:

On 09/25/2019 at 1253 hours, a 60 year old female victim of Islandview Court reported that at 1148, she received a motion alert from her security camera system inside her apartment. She was able to view a male, later identified as Cintron, on camera before he disconnected the camera. The victim reported $500.00 in cash, a gaming console, 2 video games, a security camera, and numerous pieces of jewelry had been stolen from the apartment. An investigation into the incident led to the discovery that Cintron had gained access to the apartment with a key. It was further learned that the victim’s son had his backpack, containing a chromebook and key to the apartment, stolen on 09/20/2019. That key was the key used by Cintron. Cintron was charged with burglary and theft for this incident.
