Bayonne offering Animal Caretakers Training session September 7

If you are like me, love cats and want to help our furry friends living in the Bayonne community — here’s your chance.

Mayor Jimmy Davis, along with the Bayonne City Council, People for Animals and the Bayonne Health Department invite you to a Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) workshop.

The session will take place Thursday, September 7 at 6pm in the City Council Chambers, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne.

Participants will learn how to trap cats for the purpose of having them spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their outdoor homes.

The session will outline the best practices of cat colony care and the impact TNVR can have on the community.

Those seriously interested in becoming certified animal caretakers should attend the program.

Please RSVP to People for Animals, 973-282-0890 ext. 222 or TNR@PFAONLINE.ORG.
