This coming Saturday, May 6, foodies and locals alike are eagerly anticipating the Bayonne Food Truck Festival, where they can indulge in a variety of delicious cuisine. The festival will be held on Avenue E between 22nd and 24th Streets between 12-noon and 7 pm. It and is expected to feature a diverse array of food trucks and vendors serving up everything from classic burgers to exotic vegan dishes.
Visitors can expect a feast for the senses as the smells of freshly cooked food waft through the air and live music fills the park. Families, couples, and friends are invited to lounge on picnic blankets or at communal tables, enjoying the warm spring weather while sampling the mouthwatering offerings.
The food trucks and vendors are sure to impress, with many offering unique and creative takes on classic dishes. One can look forward to the House of Cupcakes, Horman’s Best Pickles, NYC Mack Truck, Twisted Steaks, Athens Delite, Inc., The Little Sicilian, The Steak Truck LLC, Just Delicious Kettlecorn, Cubano X-Press, Angry Archies, Tradewinds II, El Cilaugo Taqueria #2, Carnival Concessions, Jersey Johnny’s, Cold Stone Creamery, Cat-Like Reflexes, A Taste of Eme LLC, Carinderia LLC, Shotz of Love Water-Ice Smoothies, and Chava’s Empanadas.
In addition to the food trucks and tents, the event will include childrens’ rides, sand art, live music, and a beer and wine garden for the adults. The musical entertainment will feature concerts from 12:30-3:30 p.m. and 4:00-7:00 p.m. A stage for performances will be set up at 23rd Street and Avenue E.
