38-year old, Melissa A. Burke of Kennedy Boulevard in Bayonne, was arrested on Tuesday morning. According to Captain Eric Amato, Burke was taken into custody at 7:47 near 28th Street and Avenue E for driving while intoxicated.
She was issued a summons for the DUI and for possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
