Beth Mason hit with back-to-back ELEC complaints regarding 2009 and 2011 Mayoral Campaigns. The Hoboken Councilwoman allegedly had issues with her campaign disclosing expenditures to ELEC as far back as September 17, 2009. Mason has a right to appeal the findings within 20 days of being served the complaints, both dated February 26, if her campaign chooses to do so.
