Brian Stack denies alleged accusations but a witness steps forward. Brian Stack denies choking Secaucus Resident, however an alleged witness says the incident definitely happened.

    1) An upward inflection in Mr. Irizarry’s voice after the witness asks for his name: “who?; me?” (higher than his normal, baseline, pitch).

    2) Mr. Irizarry is heard being advised by stack: “don’t answer that”

    3) Stack appears to be calm and in control with the joker grin; however, pay close attention to his body language: He is blinking beyond control. Signs of nervousness and duress.

    4) Mr Irizarry is observed twirling his pen, keeping his hands busy. Another sign of nervousness.

    So why are these guys nervous? Why arent Stack and Irizarry just answering the questions.

    STACK AINT FOOLING ANY OF THE EXPERTS.

      after stack thanks the witness for his comments, Dickson makes comments about the video taping ordinance while irizarry is shown with his hands clasped, praying to God that he isn’t implicated in stack’s criminal misdoings.

      Answer this question: What innocent person thanks someone after being accused of choking someone?

      Its freaking hilarious.

      Seems like you have a real hard on for “$acco” but the guy isn’t part of some worldwide conspiracy.

      There is a such thing as fallibility. How well do you really know anyone and what he or she is capable of doing?

      And why the ardent support for Stack, despite the very real facts in this ongoing case? Do you feel that Stack is your only hope in seeing that Sacco is defeated come election time?

      Here’s a sad fact. Stack can be found guilty of this crime and people would still vote him in for another term.
