Hoboken’s Public Safety Department Announces Upcoming CAPS Forum

HOBOKEN, NJ – The City of Hoboken’s Public Safety Department has announced its next Community And Public Safety (CAPS) forum, scheduled for September 28th. The event aims to foster open dialogue between the community and the city’s public safety representatives.

The CAPS forum will be held at The Pig & Parrot, located at 77 Hudson Street, from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Residents are invited to join for conversations and a Q&A session about safety in the Mile Square City. The event will provide an opportunity for attendees to meet and interact with representatives from various public safety departments, including the Hoboken Office of Emergency Management, Hoboken Police Department, Hoboken Fire Department, Hoboken Emergency Medical Services, and Hoboken Community Emergency Response Team, among others.

Mayor Ravi S. Bhalla and the City of Hoboken are extending an invitation to all residents to be a part of this significant community event. In addition to the discussions, light refreshments will be served to those in attendance.

The CAPS forum is a part of the city’s ongoing efforts to enhance communication between the public safety departments and the community they serve. It offers a platform for residents to voice their concerns, ask questions, and get a better understanding of the safety measures in place within the city.
