JERSEY CITY, NJ – Christ Hospital will hold a free seminar about dealing with heart or lung disease as part of its Lunch & Learn Series on Thursday, Aug. 16 from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Attendees will hear from medical experts in the heart, lung and nutrition fields about how to better manage congestive heart failure or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

The event will include hands-on demonstrations and a question-and-answer period.

A free, special heart-healthy lunch will be provided.
