Before you worry about the teacher’s qualifications, you should be more worried about the qualifications of board of commissioners. Vargas has already admit he cannot reach and write. The entire commission board is a joke and the people of West New York should be ashamed of themselves for electing these clowns.
At least he stood up and stated his convictions, which is more than Commissioner Frias did.
