Councilwoman Castellano speaks out on hoboken Sandy aid scandal. On Wednesday April 2nd the Hoboken council voted to waive attorney Joseph Maraziti Jr., the city’s redevelopment attorney, from his client privilege so he can testify in Christie/Zimmer case. We spoke with councilwoman Theresa Castellano, who let us know about how she voted, as well as her thoughts on the whole situation.
