Dawn Zimmer: Angel Alicea told me he never met with FBI informant Solomon Dwek in 2009. The Hoboken mayor said Alicea adamently denied meeting with Dwek, citing a media report that made similar claims. Zimmer later stated Alicea admitted to meeting with Dwek after it was brought out by Councilwoman Beth Mason at a council meeting in April 2011.
