Last night after the explosive HHA meeting, Garcia talked with HCTV on his reaction to winning his appeal and the Supreme’s Court ruling to waive the motion. HHA Executive Director, Carmelo Garcia is pleased with the rulings and is looking forward to using his experience to better serve the people in both roles if elected for State Assembly. We asked Garcia if he was surprised by Bhalla’s decision to drop his bid to run.
