Free food will be distributed for residents of Harrison, in Hudson County, this afternoon, Tuesday, September 10th between 1 and 4 pm. The event is co-sponsored by Mayor James Fife and the Harrison Town Council along with Holy Cross Church and the Hudson County Office of Social Services.
The event will take place at the Harrison Elks Lodge, located at 406 Harrison Avenue.
Residents must bring proof of Harrison residency and their own shopping bags or carts.
The types of food available will be determined at the event. Food is only available on a first come, first serve basis.
