A group of thugs steal a man’s cell phone, and then try to sell it back to him for $140.

The Jersey City women, Lori Glasson, 45, and Cynthia Ortiz, 42, along with two men — John Cerello, 29, of Jersey City and Eladio Perez, 45, of Union City were charged with conspiracy to receiving stolen property after a home invasion.

Glasson and Cerello are also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to court officials, Glasson has 10 prior arrests, a disorderly persons conviction and criminal convictions for aggravated assault with a weapon, drug possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of school property, hindering apprehension and three counts of drug possession.  Ortiz has one prior arrest and was released on her own recognizance.

Glasson’s bail was set at $2,500 with a 10 percent cash option.
