The City of Hoboken has announced another option for residents to beat the summer heat and stay cool.
The Hoboken High School indoor swimming pool will be open to residents for a two week period this summer, through a partnership between the City and the Hoboken Board of Education.
From Monday, July 29 through Friday, August 9 the pool, located at 800 Clinton Street, will be open Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. and on Fridays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
However, participants must first register to utilize the pool at Hoboken.RecDesk.com.
The pool capacity is capped at 20 swimmers and access will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone in the pool area must be registered. Children under 18 must be with a parent or guardian or have a signed minor swim waiver.
A lifeguard will be on duty during all open hours.
