Frank Saggese a 43-year-old man from East Hanover was arrested on October 12th after breaking into a car and taking belongings from the vehicle
According to Hoboken PD, sometime around 2pm, Officers were dispatched to the area of 1st and Grand Street on a report of someone breaking into a vehicle. Officers were advised that the person who entered the vehicle had left the area and was followed by a witness who observed the act. A description was given to the officers of this male defendant. A male fitting the description was seen by officers walk into the NJ Transit Terminal. He was followed and detained where he was positively identified as the man who entered the vehicle. He was found to have on his person proceeds from the crime.
Mr. Saggese was charged with Burglary and Theft of movable property. He was transported to headquarters for processing. A warrant complaint was generated an he was remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility on a $15,000 with a 10% option.
