The Hudson County Board of Chosen Freeholders issued a press release this afternoon stating that tonight’s scheduled meeting is still on, despite the nor’easter.
Jersey City, NJ – Freeholder Chairman Jose C. Munoz has maintained the position of holding tonight’s Freeholder Meeting as a priority in light of the Winter Storm.
“The Cost –Of-Living Adjustment Ordinance to be discussed this evening is too important and must be voted upon this evening and in my opinion, a delay is not an option,” said Freeholder Chairman Munoz.
Arrangements have been made this evening with the Sheriff’s department to assist Freeholders requiring necessary transportation.
