Jean “Eugene” Basile is a man wanted by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, according to the Most Wanted List.
He is charged with Criminal Sexual Contact, Endangering the welfare of a child and Child Abuse
The victims were a 13-year-old female and a 14-year-old female.
The crime occurred in Jersey City in January 2016.
