Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop to host Paterson award ceremony next month. Paterson 5th Ward Councilman Julio Tavarez, with the help of Council President/Mayoral candidate Andrew Sayegh, recruited Fulop to speak at the 6th Annual Paterson Leadership and Community Collaboration Awards on April 3.
