Jimmy Davis worker alleges police involved with mayoral politics, Smith campaign responds. A paid worker for the Jimmy Davis campaign in Bayonne was issued a summons on March 23 for allegedly violating a city handbill ordinance. His attorney, Pete Cresci, argues the incident was all political, while a Smith spokesman says everything here was all standard procedure.

  2. The paper spoke the truth!! and it is a first amendment right to freedom of speech and also what happen to freedom of the press? Smith has distributed his smear tactics flyers..It’s just another BULLY tactic by Smith..Guess the truth hurts!
