West New York Police arrest a man with a knife and a grudge near 62nd Street and Park Avenue.

Andres Suazo, 31, of West New York was stopped after fitting the description of a man carrying a knife.

Officers recovered a large silver kitchen knife with a seven-inch blade in Suazo’s back pocket, though he claimed he was not going to hurt anyone.

Suazo said he was upset — looking for someone named Moreno who owed him $500 and he was going to collect. But Suazo never met with Moreno.

At the time of his arrest, Suazo had an outstanding warrant in Englewood, NJ.

He was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, violation of a court order and weapon possession for an unlawful purpose.
