Secaucus Police

A case of road rage turned into the blame game last Wednesday morning.

According to the Secaucus Police Department, 49-year-old Timothy Kapek repeatedly honked at another driver near County Avenue and Paterson Plank Road.

The victim continued traveling but says the suspect got out of his tractor-trailer and threatened him with a Billy club.

Police say the South Carolina man accused the victim of acting like a tough guy.

Kapek was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon.
