**THIS STORY CONTAINS UPDATED INFORMATION North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue battled a one-alarm fire in a detached commercial building along Tonnelle Avenue near 86th Street this morning. According to Deputy Chief James Corso, the blaze broke out at 6:58 am in 8555 Tonnelle in a structure located behind the commercial building on the western side of Tonnelle Avenue.
Bright orange flames shot out of the structure, lighting up the morning sky. Deputy Chief Corso told Hudson TV there were no injuries to either firefighters or civilians.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
