NBCCG attacks Mayor Nick Sacco on school district issues

NBCCG attacks Mayor Nick Sacco on school district issues. After an absence of several months, the North Bergen Concerned Citizens Group returns to question Mayor Sacco about his salary and school district matters. Township spokesman Phil Swibinski refuted those claims.

  1. I guess Stack told Larry to go attack. Does this mean Uncle Fester Emilio Del Valle will be back at the Union City meetings? Losers all of them.

  2. I don’t live in N Bergen but I have to say the people in N-B need to get rid of Sacco what in the hell does he do with all this money him & is wife make….
I mean how much does a person need just look at his demeanor sitting there you can tell he is up to no good & a GREEDY person at that….
This is a shame what is going on in N Bergen how can anyone justified making these kind of monies he is also a piece of that puzzle THE VICIOUS CIRCLE I always hear about here in Hudson County.

  3. The documents do not LIE ! Not only did Sacco hide the fact of his new position from the media, public, and state officials, but he also gave himself a pay raise. Maybe Nick should go over his own NB BOE resolutions. No wonder why our school children go without book and supplies in North Bergen.

  4. These are the documents that Sacco does not want the public to see!!! This is further proof that Sacco and his greed are destroying our town and schools. Why don’t you tell the parents why you gave yourself a raise and new job while their children have NO BOOKS!!!! He blatantly lied to the media, pubic, and state officials during the sick time buyout scandal. These documents are from the State of NJ and the NB BOE. Want to call them liars too Nick?

    • I am certainly not one that will defend Sacco and would like to see him replaced by a more principled person but, why is he to blame for the children not having books? Isn’t that mainly the parents’ responsibility? Or does the government have to pay for everything? Aren’t parents responsible for anything any more?

      • Yes, Sacco is responsible for the following reasons: When it takes about 2 million dollars just to cover the administrative salaries in the NB BOE, it takes away from the school district being able to pay for textbooks for the children. Also, it is the SCHOOL responsibility to provide books and/ or any learning materials our teachers need. Parents already have received letters in which they have to provide such items a s copy paper, toilet paper, chalk and more for their respective classes. Let’s ask a question to ourselves: Why do you think Sacco has not allowed the State Department of Education to come in an audit our school finances? Other towns cooperate , and for the cooperation, receive more school funding that is sorely needed.

        • OK, so you say that it is the SCHOOL responsibility to provide books for children. But I don’t think that is right. I believe the parents should be responsible. This is indicative of the dangerous mentality prevalent nowadays that the government should give everything. We might as well go back to Cuba and some of the other socialist/communist countries we came from.

  5. Emilio Del Valle lied to The FBI and jury during Choque Roques trial. Not only did Emilio change his testimony after Mayor Nick Sacco and his subordinates promise him a seat at the table but he is now a full blown Roque supporter. Shortly The U.S.Attorney will indict Emilio for lying to federal agents in exchange for payment (20k part-time job in WNY).
