Is a politically-connected North Jersey public relations firm trying to stonewall independent news media, including HudsonTV, to eliminate the competition so they can set up their own news organization?

A “North Bergen News” website domain name was registered and is owned by Philip Swibinski, a vice president and son of the founders of the powerful Vision Media Marketing firm. 

A “North Bergen News” webpage, referring to Vision Media, is accessible at the website. Here is what appears: 

Yet earlier this week, Vision Media’s founder Paul Swibinski called HudsonTV two days after this report on the public salaries of North Bergen Democratic chairman John Belluardo to report that the Township of North Bergen was suspending its advertising with HudsonTV for three months.

Vision Media represents many municipalities, agencies and candidates in Northern New Jersey. Its own website claims it “helps clients break through today’s cluttered media landscape and makes (sic) their voices heard.” The main Vision Media website contains a page on government related services which contains this content:
