On 02/11/2019 at 0923 hours, Bayonne Police responded to the area of 18th Street and Avenue C on reports of shots fired. Officers were able to locate the victim at 438 Avenue C with apparent gunshot wounds. The victim, a male in his 30s, was transported to the Jersey City Medical Center for treatment.
This is an active and ongoing investigation as Detectives continue to collect further details.
