Protest in WNY Has Low Turnout While Trying to Raise Awareness About Controversial Ordinance. Residents for a Better West New York Group and Carlos Betancourt joined protesters who gathered in front of Town Hall in West New York to voice their disapproval regarding a potential ordinance recently introduced.
