Repeat Offender from Brooklyn charged with multiple counts of Credit Card fraud in Hoboken

On Saturday May 28th, around 6pm, Hoboken detectives Robert Roman and Marc Marsi were patrolling when they responded to 500 9th Street, Giovanni Liquors on a report of a male using fraudulent Credit Cards. Detectives arrive and notice the defendant still inside the store. While conducting their investigation, It was determined that the defendant had attempted several times in the past and on this same day to use fraudulent credit cards in an attempt to buy liquor. During this incident he attempted to purchase several bottles of wine but was unsuccessful due to the card declining.

While looking further into this investigation, Detectives Marsi and Roman discovered other cards on the defendant’s person that were found also to be fraudulent. He was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters for processing and charged with the following offenses from the previous incidents and this date.

Mario Mcintosh Age 22 Brooklyn NY was charged with a total of (9) counts of Fraudulent use of a Credit Card and (12) counts of Credit Card Theft.

He received a summons for the above offenses with a future court appearance.
