Robert Williams and Jasmine Lopez Charged with Forgery and Tampering in Secaucus

On the morning of August 8, Secaucus Police investigated a forgery incident at 1203 Paterson Plank Road, leading to the arrest of two individuals. At 9:37 AM, officers arrested 59-year-old Robert Williams from Linden, NJ, on multiple charges including two counts of Forgery [2C:21-1A(2)], two counts of Forgery [2C:21-1A(3)], two counts of Tampering with Public Records [2C:21-4A], and Conspiracy to Commit Tampering with Public Records [2C:5-2A(1)].

Later the same day, at 11:37 AM, 51-year-old Jasmine Lopez from Newark, NJ, was also taken into custody at the same location. She faces charges of two counts of Forgery [2C:21-1A(2)], two counts of Tampering with Public Records [2C:21-4A], and Conspiracy to Commit Tampering with Public Records [2C:5-2A(1)].

Both Robert Williams and Jasmine Lopez were issued complaint summonses and released from police custody. The investigation into their activities is ongoing.
