The Hudson County Board of Commissioners held its annual reorganization meeting on Thursday afternoon in Jersey City. As the calendar switched to 2025, the leadership structure of the Board remained the same.
Hoboken’s Anthony Romano was again selected by his colleagues to serve as Chairman. Romano was first elected to the Board in 2009, then known as Freeholders.
Jerry Walker of Jersey City will again serve as the Board’s Vice Chairperson, while Union City’s Fanny Cedeno returns as Chairperson Pro-Tempore.
