Join us for this important health seminar on Diabetes and thyroid issues.  According to the American Diabetes Association, there are 23.6 million children and adults in the United States, or 7.8% of the population, who have diabetes.  Unfortunately, nearly one quarter of them are unaware that they have the disease.  Unchecked, diabetes can cause serious complications ranging from eye problems to kidney and heart disease.
