Silvio Acosta appointed Acting DPW Superintendent after Civil Service asked him to be removed from the department. After a failed appeal attempt to Civil Service by the town of West New York, Acosta was given a supervisory meeting after a resolution was approved at Monday’s commissioner meeting.
