Six people arrested at Lincoln tunnel after high-speed chase

A High-Speed chase at the Lincoln tunnel end up with six people arrested, multiple cars struck and the tunnel closed this past thursday March 3.

According to Port authority police, around 7.40pm they received information of a pursuit involving the New Jersey State Police and a 1999 Mercury minivan.

Officer Fusco responded to the south tube of the Lincoln Tunnel where he saw the minivan being driven at a high rate of speed enter the tunnel.  Port Authority police followed the minivan and saw the vehicle strike several cars inside the tunnel.  When the vehicle came to a stop, all 6 occupants fled on foot through the tunnel.

Officer Fusco was joined by PAPD Sgt. Scott Kelliher in pursuing the suspects on foot through active vehicular traffic in the tunnel. The suspects attempted to hide behind civilian vehicles in the tunnel but finally were apprehended.

3.  Edwin Andino, 26, Millville NJ

4.  Dominique V. Hannon, 24, Millville NJ

5.  Ashley Lynn Cenneno, 26, undomiciled

6.  Jaquan D. Marshall, 20, undomiciled

Charges:

All are charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Reckless Endangerment,

Suspect #4 is additionally charges with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Needle
