By order of the Mayor a State of Emergency has been declared beginning at 0800hrs Monday, October 29, 2012, due to the arrival of Hurricane Sandy, and it will remain in effect until further notice.
Hurricane Sandy will bring heavy rain, severe wind and potential flooding in low lying areas.
