Suspected Auto thief arrested and charged twice within days at Newark Airport

On Easter Sunday, April 16th, Port Authority police were called and informed by witnesses that a suspect known for a vehicle theft several days earlier had returned. The suspect was on their property in a rental car without permission on South 16 Street in East Orange, NJ.
Police located the 2017 Ford Expedition rental and found the suspect identified as 29 year old Keith Germany sitting inside.

During a search of the vehicle, police found that Germany had a small amount of suspected marijuana in his possession. He was charged with Defiant Trespass, and Possession of Marijuana.
According to Port Authority police , just a few days earlier on April 12th, Germany was arrested by PAPD for stealing a 2014 Honda Accord rental from the same lot. He was charged with Unlawful Taking of a Means of Conveyance and Theft of Movable Property-auto.
